Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for reliability, discipline, and hands-on problem-solving — often coordinating crews, managing logistics, and keeping complex environments running safely and on schedule.
His work spans budget management, on-set operations, crew support, equipment coordination, and day-to-day workflow leadership. Whether working in a studio, a live venue, or on-location, Derrick is known for staying calm under pressure, adapting quickly, and communicating clearly with diverse teams.

KO High Boxing started out as the nations first high school boxing program. They later moved on to promoting Pro/Am boxing events on collage campus's and halls. Through our collaborations we were able to elevate their production quality, create high end graphics for trailers and show intro videos.
